Park & Online Classes

JOIN US OUTDOORS AT THE PARK

3 DAYS A WEEK!

We invite you to build your new normal with us with outdoor capoeira classes and also online on Zoom!

Weather permitting, we will be at a local park teaching kids capoeira at 5:00 pm and adults/teens at 6:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. If we cannot hold class outside due to weather conditions, the class will still take place on Zoom. We have Zoom only classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all ages/levels and Wednesdays (Ind/Adv levels).

These park classes will be open to ALL LEVELS. We will continue to practice social distancing during all of our outdoor training sessions and we ask that if you are feeling ill, please stay home. Masks are optional and we will provide hand sanitizer. Please wear a Karkara shirt, comfortable shorts and sneakers, and don’t forget your water bottle.

During this time of prolonged and indefinite uncertainty, we will continue to offer a blend of live online and in-person classes at local parks as we continue our search for our new capoeira home. We have temporarily lowered our monthly rate to $80/month ($120 per family) for unlimited outdoor park/online Capoeira & Fitness Fusion classes. This discounted rate will remain in effect until we begin our classes at our new location.

Fitness Fusion classes are included in your membership and we welcome all adults/teens to attend, even parents. No prior fitness experience required. These classes will combine strength training, HIIT, mobility, and flexibility for a well-rounded workout. Recommended equipment: dumbells, chair
