FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS
This is a fun fitness fusion bootcamp-style class with a kick! A typical class may include any combination of strength training, cardio, mobility, and/or kickboxing . This class is perfect for parents of capoeira kids, adult capoeiristas looking to cross train to improve performance in and out of the roda, or anyone of any fitness level (teens & adults) who would like to join us as we sweat and get stronger in a supportive environment while reaching our fitness goals!
